Energy Trends is authorised to obtain pricing submissions and to liaise directly with suppliers on our behalf for the supply of electricity and / or natural gas.
Collect - consent is granted to obtain all information relating to our current electricity and / or gas accounts including consumption data, copy bills, contract terms and conditions and other information required in pursuance of the above.
Compare - the tenders or new contract offers and present these on a like-for-like basis to include all raw energy rates, regulatory charges and supplier management fees.
Conclude - present and report on all supplier offers covered by the detailed analysis and make full recommendations on the best options for your business or organisation.
This authority will remain in place until cancelled in writing by an authorised representative) of the company / organisation.
Any authorities previously issued to other intermediaries prior to the date specified below are hereby revoked with immediate effect.

Standard Service Terms and Conditions
1. a set of terms and conditions which apply to all services provided by us to the purchaser or recipient of such services. These terms and conditions are known as the Standard Service Terms and Conditions; and

Supplementary Terms - Part 1 - Procurement Services
1. Definitions
In this Part 1 of the Supplementary Terms, in addition to any of the terms defined in the Standard Service Terms, the following words and expressions have the following meanings unless the context otherwise expressly requires:
"Letter Of Authority" the letter of authority signed by you granting us the right to share and obtain Consumption Data from your Energy Provider and to otherwise engage with such Energy Provider on your behalf in connection with the services;
"Energy Contract" the agreement to be entered into by you with the Energy Provider you select as a result of our Procurement Services for the supply to you by us, or otherwise involved in the supply of energy services set out .....
Supplementary Terms - Part 2 - Consultancy Services
2. Definitions
In this Part 2 of the Supplementary Terms, in addition to any of the terms defined in the Standard Service Terms, the following words and expressionshave the following meanings unless the context otherwise expressly requires:
"Cost Savings" the relative reduction to youin the cost of the relative item over the period set out in the Proposal or other document or Contract agreed between us;
"Consultancy Service Charges" has the meaning given in paragraph 6.3 of this Part 2 of the Supplementary Terms and covers any charges payable by you for the provision .....
